In this immersive training, you will:
- Learn the classification of different work domains with dozens of examples, and understand the evolution from one domain to another over time.
- Practice structuring work in an appropriate way in each domain, finding appropriate goals/objectives, establishing work structures that enable continuous improvement and self-organization, and setting conditions that ensure sustainable quality, using several real-life examples.
- Learn and practice identifying different types of unpredictability and designing slices to deal with them.
- Learn and practice planning for the long term under conditions of uncertainty and breaking down these plans into small, verifiable slices, using examples or your own real-life project.

FAQs
Are there any technical requirements?
We will use Zoom for video conferencing and Miro for collaboration. You don’t need to have an active account in either of those. What is important for this experience to be fruitful for you and the others is that you can have your camera on most of the time.
What about times & breaks
We work every day from 5-10pm Berlin time or 8am-1pm PST
We take several short breaks appr. every hour and a 30-minute break in the middle of each daily session.
